Important Information on the Floor Compatibility of Our Non-Slip Pads

Before long-term use, we recommend testing the pad on the relevant floor covering in an inconspicuous area or for a limited period of time to rule out possible interactions, such as discolouration, marks or reactions with surface treatments. For sensitive natural flooring, such as oiled or waxed parquet, natural stone or newly sealed floors, you should check with the manufacturer or retailer of your flooring beforehand whether our product is suitable and follow their care and compatibility instructions. The surface should be clean, dry and free from dust and moisture. This information is intended to ensure proper use and does not affect your statutory rights in respect of defects.

8. Liability

We shall always be liable without limitation for claims arising from damage caused by us, our legal representatives or agents

• in the event of injury to life, limb or health

• in the event of an intentional or grossly negligent breach of duty

• in the event of guarantees, where agreed, or

• where the German Product Liability Act applies.

In the event of a slightly negligent breach of material contractual obligations, the fulfilment of which is essential for the proper performance of the contract and on which the contracting party may regularly rely, by us, our legal representatives or agents, liability shall be limited to the amount of damage foreseeable at the time the contract was concluded and which can typically be expected to occur.

All other claims for damages are excluded.

9. Dispute Resolution

The European Commission provides an online dispute resolution (ODR) platform, which you can find here: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/. We are neither obliged nor willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
